📋 Description Own commercial contracts end to end for a fast-growing AI/tech business Partner with GTM sales, Product, and Privacy teams on legal and regulatory matters Draft, review, and negotiate customer MSAs, NDAs, professional services agreements, RFPs and Provide proactive, commercially-minded legal guidance to enable business growth Manage cross-functional projects with minimal supervision and clear stakeholder communication 🎯 Requirements Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years PQE Strong private practice background; in-house SaaS/tech experience preferred Experience with commercial contracts, GDPR/data privacy, and AI-related contracting Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects autonomously Excellent drafting, judgment, and stakeholder communication Tech-savvy with interest in AI/regulatory landscape 🎁 Benefits Time off: 27 days + 5 additional days (life events, volunteering, wellbeing) + 8 bank holidays Health & Wellness: private medical, life insurance, gym membership, wellbeing resources Hybrid work: roughly three days in the office per week (rules may vary by role) Work-from-anywhere: up to 10 days per year Culture perks: team connecting activities and a well-stocked office
