Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description Provide direct support and instruction to individuals with I/DD. Assist with activities of daily living (dress, bath, grooming, toileting, eating). Prepare meals and snacks; light housekeeping and laundry. Provide mobility and transfer assistance; may operate lift devices. Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate behaviors as needed. Other duties as assigned. 🎯 Requirements Previous experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Attend two weeks of paid in-house orientation and training. Passion for person-centered care. Dependable, adaptable, and flexible. Good communication and documentation skills. 🎁 Benefits Wage: $20.00/hour; full range $20.00-$22.30.
