📋 Description Lead residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with Hands-on, high-acuity leadership in crisis situations; ensure person-centered, trauma-informed care. Oversee high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH settings) and supervise DSP teams. Travel to Madison occasionally; in-office site supervision; on-call rotations may include 🎯 Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field 2+ years leadership experience (hiring, coaching, performance management). Experience with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses (strongly Hands-on experience with behavioral interventions and BSPs; FBAs familiarity. Ability to manage crisis, de-escalation, high-risk behaviors; strong decision-making and Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. 🎁 Benefits Starting wage: $55,700-$62,300 annually (based on education level). 401k plan with 3% employer match after one year.
