📋 Description Be the go-to HR contact for ~300 employees across Tech and Product based in France Own the full employee journey: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, certificates Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, and be genuinely responsive and helpful Payroll & benefits: Prepare and transmit payroll variables with precision and reliability Monitor employee benefits (health insurance, pension, meal vouchers) and ensure employees get the Spot inefficiencies and automate processes; lead or co-lead HR tool digitalization for a scalable 🎯 Requirements Solid experience as a People Ops Specialist in a fast-growing company or startup Autonomy and strong prioritization in a fast-paced context Collaboration with HRBPs and cross-functional partners on a daily basis Growth mindset and ability to scale PeopleOps as the company grows HRIS expertise, especially Workday; interest in AI & automation to improve People Ops Fluent in French and proficient in English 🎁 Benefits Remote-friendly culture with a growing team High-impact work at the heart of Tech & Product growth Opportunities for professional growth in a scale-up environment
