📋 Description Lead and oversee residential programs including high-acuity AFH settings Supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Drive BSP implementation and partner on FBAs Provide crisis leadership ensuring safe, compliant responses Collaborate with families, case managers, and clinical teams Manage program operations including staffing, budgets, and compliance 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field 2+ years of leadership experience (hiring, coaching, performance management) Experience with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses preferred Experience with BSPs and FBAs; crisis de-escalation skills required Residential/group home or behavioral health background highly preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 🎁 Benefits Starting wage: $55,700-$62,300 annually 401k with 3% employer match after one year Company-provided hardware and cell phone stipend Medical, dental, vision and life insurance PTO and PTO donation program; growth opportunities Employee referral and assistance programs
