📋 Description Senior People Business Partner for UK & US GTM; primary People partner for UK entity Partner with GM of International Business and GTM leadership to align people strategies with Navigate employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management Support onboarding/offboarding, benefits, visa/immigration, and documentation for UK employees Build scalable People processes and operational infrastructure to support growing headcount 🎯 Requirements Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development Ability to leverage workforce analytics and AI tools to inform decisions Proven track record in partnering with senior leaders and influencing across regions Experience with international, distributed teams and cross-border HR practices Remote/hybrid work experience in a high-growth technology environment is a plus 🎁 Benefits Equity, Diversity & Inclusion are core to the company culture Remote work with flexibility across UK time zones Travel to the United States for company-wide meetings (approx. once per year)
