📋 Description Lead and facilitate safe operations in line with safety, regulatory and operational requirements. Ensure quality of product, schedule adherence, and cost improvements. Drive a high-performance culture and long-term team effectiveness. Coordinate shift activities to meet production plans with smooth handovers. Maintain regulatory compliance and proactive issue resolution. Support OpEx and process improvements to meet site targets. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred. Minimum 4 years supervising or leading a functional team. Experience in regulated pharmaceutical industry preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP; familiarity with industrial automation (PLC and DCS).
