Program Coordinator / Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description Provide direct, person-centered support to adults with IDD, mental health, or other complex needs Lead onsite skill-building, recreational and community activities Model and implement behavior support, redirection, and de-escalation techniques Help individuals work toward personal goals and independence Maintain a safe, organized, respectful program environment Coach DSP staff and guide daily operations on the program floor 🎯 Requirements Bachelors in Human Services or related field preferred; equivalent training/experience considered Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with IDD or related disabilities 1+ year in adult day, vocational, residential, or community disability services Experience with behavior support, redirection, or de-escalation Experience documentation (progress notes, incident reports, data collection) Strong communication, organizational, and professional judgment 🎁 Benefits Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime schedule Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance Flexible spending and HSA Life and supplemental insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO, PTO donation, growth opportunities
