Lead CoE build-out: intake processes, methodologies, governance, onboarding, and career progression. Manage a team of Research Analysts; mentor and develop talent; drive a culture of rigor and Partner with onsite consulting leaders; align priorities, report formats, and feedback loops. 🎯 Requirements Experience: 10–14 years in research, market intelligence, or strategy/management consulting; 3+ Analytical: ability to derive actionable insights from market trends and vendor strategies.
