Own India statutory compliance with labor law across India-based employees. Collaborate with Global People Operations, Legal, and HRBPs on policy actions. Drive strategic people initiatives to build high-performing, inclusive teams. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in senior People Partner/HRBP roles in tech environments. Experience with performance management, employee relations, org effectiveness. Strong ability to analyze engagement data and translate to actions. Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.
