Job Description
📋 Description Work with Project Lead on end-to-end sourcing of swag, delivering to Reachdesk’s global clients. Coordinate orders across multiple vendors, verify pricing, shipping and decoration data. Provide regular client updates to build trust and drive repeat orders. Collaborate with suppliers to create proofs and obtain client approval. Obtain shipping dates from suppliers and schedule delivery. Liaise with couriers to ensure timely delivery and handle customs paperwork. 🎯 Requirements 2 years or more in branded merchandise. Expertise with CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or similar promo software. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM. Experience creating personalized hard goods and apparel.
