📋 Description Oversee construction and installation projects on-site as primary point of contact. Coordinate between stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and AHJs to hit milestones. Manage pre-planning through final turnover with site data, budgets, and schedules. Provide regular site walks, progress photos, and documentation against schedules. Identify risks, maintain punch lists, and support permitting processes. 🎯 Requirements Local experience with commercial construction projects; immersive entertainment experience is a Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud Ability to read construction drawings and schedules; strong permitting knowledge. Excellent communication with diverse teams across regions; independent and solutions-oriented. On-site presence in Orlando, FL; independent contractor mindset. 🎁 Benefits Remote none; on-site role in Orlando with independent contractor terms.
