📋 Description Review high yield bond documentation to provide analysis on primary transactions. Write topical reports on secondary situations with journalists and credit analysts. Write thematic reports explaining covenant trends to clients. Answer client questions about covenant packages of borrowers and issuers. Use proprietary tech to build and expand covenant databases.
