Project Delivery and Client Coordinator (Construction & Experiential)

📋 Description Oversee on-site project delivery for construction & installation. Act as primary on-site contact between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, to high standards. Support pre-planning through final turnover across lifecycle phases. 🎯 Requirements Local experience in commercial construction. Experience with construction drawings and schedules. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud Permitting and inspection process familiarity. Strong communication with diverse teams across continents.
