📋 Description Lead a Banking Operations team at the center of money movement. Coach analysts; strengthen judgment and documentation standards. Build operating rhythms for accurate, scalable monitoring functions. Oversee payment monitoring across wires, ACH, checks, SWIFT, and stablecoins. Shape processes and tech by improving onboarding, controls, and workflows. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and banking partners to ensure readiness for 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in US banking/payments/operations in regulated finance. 2+ years people management experience. Working knowledge of money movement rails (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, checks). Fluent with AI tools (Claude, Hex, Granola, Glean). Strong judgment; risk assessment and audit-ready docs. Experience cross-functional with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Treasury/Finance. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work in Seattle with three in-office days per week (Mon/Wed/Thu).
