Manage full production pipeline inside ClickUp: briefs, timelines, dependencies, approvals. Keep teams aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Maintain documentation: agendas, call notes, client approvals, asset checklists. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in Project Management / Creative Operations at a digital agency or remote team. ClickUp proficiency with views, fields, dependencies, task workflows. Familiarity with social ad production stages and formats (Meta, TikTok). Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive communication.
