📋 Description Review application and rate lock documentation. Prepare Berkadia Index Lock Agreement and Berkadia Commitment; ensure rate lock items are received Rate lock all Freddie loans; distribute information to Mortgage Banker, Counsel, Underwriter, and Coordinate with Closers on the commitment, closing, and delivery phases of loans to meet Record loan and closing information in OmniView, the company’s system of record. Track post-closing documents and coordinate with external counsel and servicing to upload promptly. 🎯 Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external collaboration. Proficiency in using loan management systems and software, such as OmniView. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
