📋 Description Support US-based operations with corporate, contracts, compliance and employment law duties. Review customer contracts, leases and agreements to assess risk and ensure alignment with business Draft contracts for new business areas with Business Partners; manage lifecycle from intake to Advise on contract interpretation, risk allocation and performance obligations; assist with dispute Support corporate governance: entity management, annual reports, board materials, minutes Ensure compliance with corporate registrations, licensing and other contract eligibility 🎯 Requirements Experience in commercial contracts: drafting, negotiation and review (essential). Employment or Labor law experience (essential). Property law experience (desirable). Experience in multinational corporate groups or law firms (desirable).
