📋 Description Lead Banking Operations in a high-stakes money movement role. Coach analysts and build scalable operating rhythms for monitoring. Partner across Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and banking partners. Drive AI-native initiatives to improve speed, quality, and control. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in US banking/payments/operations in regulated env. 2+ years people management experience. Experience with wires, ACH, checks, SWIFT, or similar monitoring. Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Hex, Granola, Glean) for ops scale. Strong judgment, risk assessment, and audit-ready docs.
