📋 Description Lead validation and optimization of 4G/5G RAN software protocol stack Build scalable CI/CD test automation frameworks for eNB/gNB feature validation Collaborate with software developers to triage and resolve RAN issues Analyze UE and eNB/gNB logs to debug and drive feature improvements Develop tools and data pipelines to analyze RAN performance and KPIs Manage network issues and coordinate with dev teams to resolve them 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline 5+ years of Python/C/C++ coding experience 5+ years developing automated LTE/5G-NR test cases In-depth knowledge of 3GPP specs and R17+ RAN features Experience with UE log analysis tools (QXDM/XCAL) Experience building test automation frameworks or CI/CD pipelines 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay: Level 3: 175000-280000 USD Stock and long-term incentives potential Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) and disability insurance Paid parental leave and generous vacation/holidays
