📋 Description Source, qualify, and contract vendors for exteriors operations. Build relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and pricing. Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining margins. Advise on insurance and compliance requirements for vendors. Onboard new client accounts timely; manage seasonal accounts. Analyze vendor opportunities/risks and provide leadership with recommendations. 🎯 Requirements Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Experience planning/leading remote meetings or events. Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
