📋 Description Lead discovery to surface biggest risks and blind spots in Trust & Safety. Define scope, set launch dates, training milestones, and education calendar. Build and maintain policy and workflow library; ensure ongoing updates. Source, evaluate, and deploy safety solutions; manage vendor processes. Create and execute field education programs; multi-format content delivery. Coordinate with Legal and Privacy for sensitive data handling and review. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety/EHS, risk, or related fields; 2+ years of people Experience building a function from zero; track record of launching programs. Knowledge of workplace safety, incident management, OSHA recordkeeping, workers’ compensation. Experience partnering with Legal and Privacy on sensitive programs involving recording/PII/PHI. Strong written communication; ability to produce policies, memos, and training modules.
