Payroll Analyst

📋 Description Support global payroll operations with accuracy and compliance. Manage end-to-end payroll activities on a regular cycle. Validate employee data and maintain high operational standards. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to deliver payroll services. Contribute to reporting, governance, and process improvements. Ensure data protection and confidentiality in payroll processing. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of end-to-end payroll experience with US payroll knowledge. Experience managing multi-country payroll (benefits, tax, HR ops, time systems). Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance. Experience with enterprise payroll systems (ADP EV5, Global View, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
