📋 Description Own a broad, varied legal remit in a scaling tech business. Partner with Sales, Finance, People, Engineering, InfoSec and Product. Draft and negotiate customer-documents (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs) and supplier contracts. Guide data protection, AI and IP matters, UK GDPR compliance, and safeguarding proprietary tech. Improve templates, playbooks, and processes to scale the legal function. Balance commercial goals with risk, escalating when needed. 🎯 Requirements Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2–4 years’ PQE; in-house experience preferred. Proven commercial contracts experience in SaaS/tech; comfortable with complex docs. Experience in data protection, AI and IP; ability to navigate fast-moving regulatory landscape.
