📋 Description Provide one-on-one financial guidance to employees remotely via LearnLux platform. Adapt LearnLux planning methodology for the MENA region. Collaborate with team to improve financial guidance for members. Understand member benefit plans and assist HR/benefits teams during open enrollment. Lead employer partner engagement via webinars and occasional on-site events. 🎯 Requirements A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or related field. At least three years of one-on-one financial guidance experience across retirement, budgeting Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Passion for financial education and empowering individuals to make informed decisions.
