📋 Description Lead cross-functional planning and execution for platform research programs (ML/AI and biologics) Coordinate with scientific leads and engineering teams to align on scope, priorities, and Manage timelines, risks, and decisions to keep fast-moving programs on track. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and track action items. 🎯 Requirements Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) strongly preferred in life sciences, bioinformatics 6+ years of industry experience with hands-on biologics research and project/timeline management. Proven track record managing research and technical programs; fluency in biologics and ML research Experience with ML model training/evaluation, agentic AI systems, software development, and Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with ability to translate complex ideas into Excellent communication and stakeholder management; proficient with project tracking tools (Excel 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits; base salary range $148,000 - $185,000 annually, plus bonus On-site role at the SSF office with potential for flexible arrangements as applicable.
