📋 Description Lead high-risk, multi-jurisdictional investigations in a fast-paced cryptoPayments setting. Perform on-chain tracing and attribution analysis; translate findings into clear conclusions. Draft SAR narratives and filing packages for BSA review; set internal standards for investigations. Develop typologies and feed findings into monitoring rules to reduce false positives. Shape AI-assisted investigative workflows while ensuring verifiable human review. Identify and escalate anomalies in line with AML policies; advise on customer risk decisions. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 4 years in AML/financial crime/fraud investigations; at least 2 years in blockchain/digital Deep Bitcoin tracing skills: multi-hop tracing, peel chains, obfuscation patterns. Strong analytical, written narrative, and documentation abilities; SAR experience. Solid knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and SAR standards. Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs) and KYC/case management. Ability to work autonomously and remotely; strong team collaboration and urgency. 🎁 Benefits Salary range: €73K - €84K (Malta-based positions).
