IT Recruiter - Freshers

📋 Description Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs across Fusion and EBS modules. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Build and maintain pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients. Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent. Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus). Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation. 🎯 Requirements R recruitment experience/ knowledge in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS). Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM). Prior experience hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
