📋 Description The Business Continuity Manager leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business Drive adoption and execution of BIAs, risk assessments, and continuity planning activities. Support development, maintenance, and improvement of BCPs and IT disaster recovery strategies. Design, coordinate, and facilitate tabletop exercises and continuity testing. Align continuity plans with crisis management, cybersecurity, IT disaster recovery, and incident Partner with technology teams to ensure DR planning supports critical systems and data. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in business continuity, resilience, crisis management Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related Experience creating/managing BCPs, BIAs, risk assessments, and resilience initiatives. Understanding of security, infrastructure, and compliance related to operational resilience. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (DORA, NIST, ISO 27001/27000 Familiarity with continuity planning tools, emergency notification systems, and reporting processes. 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $104,000 - $169,000 USD, depending on location, experience Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
