📋 Description Manage and coordinate environmental testing projects in Northern California. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation. Oversee project setup, documentation, invoicing, and sample workflow in lab systems. Coordinate with external labs/service centers and manage capacity and deliveries. Provide updates and final reports to clients by due dates. Support client accounts and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycle. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Experience managing client accounts and multi-phase analytical projects. PMP certification is a plus. Familiarity with EPA methods, ISO 17025, and related quality standards (DoD ELAP, etc.). Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word; strong communication and time-management skills.
