📋 Description Lead brokerage operations with regulatory compliance, risk management, and agent enablement. Support provincial operations and ensure high service standards for agents and stakeholders. Improve processes, drive adoption of digital platforms, and collaborate with tech/training teams. Deliver training on contracts, licensing, compliance, and industry standards. Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership. Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation. 🎯 Requirements Active real estate broker designation with ongoing education in real estate management and Bilingual in English and French. Experience managing or supervising a medium to large brokerage, especially in operations or Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, privacy, ethics, MLS rules, FINTRAC compliance. Leadership and team development experience; ability to work remotely.
