📋 Description The Leadership Development & Team Enablement Manager will lead the development and delivery of Own strategy, design, and execution of leadership development programs that strengthen manager Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to Influence leadership culture and build future-ready capabilities to drive measurable outcomes. Role is remote and requires ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs in corporate Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and ADDIE or Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing learning initiatives end-to-end from needs assessment to evaluation and Understanding of leadership capabilities including coaching, communication, feedback 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $120,000 - $145,000.
