Head of Supply Chain & Operations

📋 Description Own end-to-end supply chain, demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, and Build scalable systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and visibility as the business grows. Manage international supplier/manufacturing relationships with a focus on collaboration and Oversee freight forwarding, customs, import operations, and global logistics coordination. Lead 3PL partnerships to improve delivery, cost, and customer experience. Negotiate supplier terms and establish reporting across supply chain data. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience managing supply chain operations at scale in DTC/eCommerce/consumer goods or Strong international logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations Deep experience with global manufacturing partners, including China-based suppliers. Hands-on with 3PL operations, ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational reporting. Ability to build processes and teams supporting business growth; strong leadership.
