📋 Description Own senior client relationships, advising developers, IPPs, utilities, manufacturers, sponsors Drive M&A advisory and debt mandates: origination, structuring, execution Support debt origination across construction, term, back-leverage, tax equity bridge Apply market intelligence to advise on M&A and debt opportunities Mentor junior teammates on relationship-building and deal execution Develop client-facing materials (CIMs, teasers, lender lists, models) 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in power/ utilities, renewables, clean energy finance or related advisory Proven M&A and/or debt execution experience Deep expertise in at least one of M&A advisory or debt capital markets Advanced financial modeling (DCF, comps, cash flow, covenants) Experience preparing CIMs, teasers, lender presentations Excellent communication and client-first mindset 🎁 Benefits Remote-first operating model in US/Canada Competitive compensation and equity options Healthcare, dental & vision coverage Holidays, paid time off, 401k (non-matching) Parental leave and AI learning stipend Regular team offsites and a culture of ownership
