Logistics Specialist, Fulfillment Operations

📋 Description Own the inbound/outbound dock operation and daily dock schedule. Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to maximize throughput. Monitor real-time shipment status and adjust as needed. Support dock flow and maintain safety and housekeeping standards. Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination. Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred; high school diploma/GED required. Experience with LTL, parcel, and/or freight carriers. Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; WMS or TMS familiarity.
