Legal Counsel

📋 Description Serve as core member of legal team; advise General Counsel and leadership. Lead on commercial matters; structure and support GTM strategies and initiatives. Draft, review, negotiate commercial, sales, and tech agreements; vendor/partnerships. Advise on employment regulatory risk; worker classification and EU regimes. Provide practical guidance on German employment law and cross-border issues. Support disputes and pre-litigation; manage outside counsel and budgets. 🎯 Requirements Second German State Exam in Law with strong results. Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience (international firm or in-house). Ability to advise on transportation matters and GTM risk management. Translate legal ambiguity into clear guidance for business stakeholders. Problem-solving in dynamic environment; manage multiple priorities.
