📋 Description Coordinate and deliver day-to-day learning and development activities, including workshops Manage learning operations and ensure smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders. Own and maintain L&D reporting, including participation rates, completion tracking, learning Analyse learning data, identify trends and provide insights to support decision‑making and Monitor mandatory training completion across multiple jurisdictions; support audit/compliance Engage external learning providers and vendors from assessment to delivery support. 🎯 Requirements At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development in a tech-driven organisation. Experience in L&D, training coordination or learning operations. Strong Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets, reports and learning metrics. Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data into insights. Highly organised, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
