📋 Description Identify, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities. Foster long-term relationships with IT professionals and local networking groups. Review technical requirements and present resumes to meet client needs. Collaborate with sales to drive delivery strategies for consultants and candidates. Support multiple IT roles from help desk to network engineering and leadership positions. Partner with Business Development Managers to fulfill direct-hire roles. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required or 3+ years IT recruiting in lieu of degree. 1-3 years’ technology recruiting experience. Active member of IT community or networking groups. Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite; Bullhorn experience preferred. Strong communication, emotional intelligence, written and interpersonal skills.
