📋 Description Own and improve SI&OP process across regions/sites. Lead monthly SI&OP cycles: product, demand, supply, exec review. Present outcomes, risks, and actions to senior leadership. Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Ops, Finance for aligned plans. Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks; actionable insights. Ensure ERP loads reconciled demand plans timely. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in SCM, Engineering, Business, Finance; Master’s preferred. 10+ years in supply chain, ops, planning in manufacturing. Proven process improvements and transformations. Strong S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning knowledge. Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
