Transportation Coordinator

📋 Description Track daily material inventories and report to Commodities Group. Create daily driver route plans. Track and ship commodity loads using IFS system. Oversee the successful close of the monthly billing cycles and bridge report. Data enter and close out any open service execution not recorded in MHX system. Communicate route pickups and equipment assignment to drivers for following day routes. 🎯 Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred. Transportation experience or knowledge preferred. Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience. Computer literate with proficiency in MS-Office products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
