📋 Description Provide safe, clean, joyful ear-piercing experiences. Perform piercings with nursing expertise and precision. Educate clients on aftercare and Rowan’s standards. Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and trays. Monitor customer experience and address issues promptly. Collaborate to keep operations smooth and support a celebratory atmosphere. 🎯 Requirements Active RN or LPN/LVN license. Professional, engaging customer care approach. Warm, team-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays/weekends. Open to all experience levels; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.
