Head of Finance, Brazil (part-time)

📋 Description Oversee financial statements and reports: management accounts, regulatory filings, tax submissions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for strategic decisions. Maintain internal controls for accurate financial information. Ensure compliance with local regulations from Central Bank of Brazil, CVM and other authorities. Act as statutory representative before Central Bank, CVM and applicable authorities. Assist with external audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or audit. Minimum 2-3 years in a finance role within financial services, preferably capital Familiarity with Central Bank of Brazil and CVM regulations, Fit & Proper criteria.
