📋 Description Coordinate and supervise 1-2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health Directly supervise and train mental health specialists within the program. Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program. Flexible full-time role; may be part-time within homes; on-call for emergencies. Occasional direct service shifts, not to exceed 16 hours weekly unless approved. Starting salary: $65,000 - $66,787.50 per year. 🎯 Requirements 3 years of experience supervising programs serving behavioral and serious mental health needs. Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred. Valid driver7s license with acceptable driving record. Auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
