📋 Description Coordinate and deliver day-to-day L&D activities: workshops, webinars, onboarding, mandatory Manage learning operations to ensure smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders Own and maintain L&D reporting: participation, completion, analytics, compliance Analyze learning data to provide insights for decision-making and impact Monitor mandatory training across jurisdictions and support audits Coordinate with external providers and vendors from assessment to delivery support 🎯 Requirements At least 1 year in an L&D team Experience in L&D/training coordination in a tech-driven organisation Strong Excel skills; comfortable with large datasets and learning metrics Analytical mindset; able to turn data into insights Highly organised, detail-oriented; can manage multiple priorities English communication; comfortable with global stakeholders
