Maintenance Supervisor - Multi site

📋 Description Directs maintenance across multiple sites on a rotating, on-site basis. Oversees preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance for a multi-family property. Manages painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping after turnover within 3-5 days. Supervises maintenance staff, schedules work, controls expenses, and adheres to safety programs. Ensures timely handling of maintenance requests (within 24 hours) and coordinates parts orders as Maintains safety and compliance with company policies and life/safety standards. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years property maintenance experience; prior supervisory experience required.
