📋 Description Legal partner for ID.me's federal, state, and local government business Advise Sales, Capture, Product, Security, and executives on government contracting and compliance Support full contracting lifecycle from proposal to post-award administration Draft and negotiate public sector agreements (SaaS licenses, MSAs, DPAs, OTAs, SOWs, etc.) Monitor government procurement laws and cybersecurity/privacy requirements Collaborate with resellers, systems integrators, and channel partners 🎯 Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school; active U.S. state bar 3–8 years in government contracts/public sector transactions Experience drafting/negotiating technology/SaaS licenses with government customers Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and U.S. government procurement laws Ability to provide practical, business-minded legal advice; strong drafting/negotiation skills Willingness to apply AI tools where appropriate 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits Autonomy within a collaborative legal team Opportunity to impact government-focused growth area Equity and professional development support
