Maintenance Supervisor - Multi-site

📋 Description Directs maintenance across multiple sites: preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency work. Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs) within 3–5 days Maintains maintenance logs, inventory of tools/equipment, and ensures safety protocols. Manages maintenance requests to resolution and coordinates with Site Management on parts/orders Performs apartment move-in/move-out inspections as directed. Provides on-call emergency service and supports special maintenance projects as required. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience preferred.
