📋 Description Assist the legal team in analyzing contracts, IP, consumer law and privacy issues; conduct related Draft and review legal documents: confidentiality agreements, software licenses, supplier Support protection of trademark and copyright portfolio: clearance searches and proofs of trademark Assist on special projects with operational and corporate teams; perform related tasks. Support implementing and improving tools (CLM, clause library) and internal documentation. 🎯 Requirements Completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and passed the Quebec Bar exam. Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken. Strong ability to draft legal texts with solid analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration, both verbal and written.
