📋 Description PTA needed for home health visits in Medina County, OH. Full-time or part-time opportunities with per-visit patient care. Assist clients in attaining or maintaining physical well-being under supervision of a licensed PT. Home care services for adult/geriatric patients in designated territories. At least one year PTA experience and proficiency exam (if qualification occurred before 12/31/1977). Minimum one year of work under PT supervision.
