📋 Description Role: Affiliate providing short-term counseling to corporate employees and dependents in Japan on a Manage own clinical caseload with autonomy over hours and case volumes. Accept cases referred by Lyra’s global clients; utilize Lyra tools and admin support. Typical care: short-term counseling (1 to 8 sessions) in EAP context. Practice evidence-based modalities: CBT, SFBT, ACT; maintain data privacy and use Lyra platform for In-person sessions available in Aizuwakamatsu, Osaka or Miho with telehealth capable setup. 🎯 Requirements Education: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work. Experience: at least 3 years post-qualification clinical experience. Registration: licensed as psychologist, counsellor or clinical social worker in Japan. Modality: proven experience in short-term therapy or EAP; able to perform brief, structured Tech Setup: secure space with high-speed internet for telehealth video sessions.
